For more than two decades, Andrea has worked at the intersection of mental health, education, and community service. Her experience spans clinical practice, medical social work, child welfare, higher education, clinical supervision, and organizational consultation.
Whether working one-on-one with clients, mentoring emerging clinicians, or partnering with schools and organizations, her approach remains the same: collaborative, respectful, and grounded in the belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.
